Equity Bank has officially relocated its Equity Bank Bugolobi branch from Luthuli Avenue to a new, modern facility at Hensley Business Park on Mpanga Road. The branch now operates from Plot 3-5 Mpanga Close, strategically positioned in Bugolobi’s growing commercial district to serve both individual and business clients more effectively.
In a statement, the bank said the move was designed to improve customer access and service delivery. “This relocation places us at the center of Bugolobi’s economic activity,” the bank noted, emphasizing that the new site provides greater convenience for clients in the busy area.
The Hensley Business Park facility offers more space than the previous location, with a redesigned banking hall that includes additional service points, private consultation rooms for financial advisory sessions, and dedicated meeting spaces for businesses. Customers can also expect enhanced privacy and efficiency when accessing retail and corporate banking services.
Parking facilities have been expanded to accommodate more clients, and the new location sits near key business landmarks in Bugolobi, strengthening its position as a hub for financial services in the area.
According to Equity Bank, all services previously available at the old branch remain unchanged. Clients can still carry out transactions, apply for loans, and access advisory services during regular banking hours.
The relocation forms part of Equity Bank’s broader strategy to align its physical branches with customer activity centers, ensuring accessibility and improved service delivery. By moving the Equity Bank Bugolobi branch to a larger and more central facility, the bank is reaffirming its commitment to providing modern, customer-friendly banking solutions in Uganda’s growing urban centers.
