Young city Tycoon Sentongo Haruna makes history, as he has officially becomes the first person to ever buy a property from renown tycoon Drake Lubega who is among the 5 richest people in Uganda.
This websites can now authoritatively prove that Youthful moneybags Haruna who also trades as Haruna Enterprises operating Haruna Mall, Towers among other properties, has fully purchased a developed piece of land formerly owned by Kampala city property lord Drake Francis Lugeba.
It is a well known and undoubted fact that Drake has never sold any of his properties to anyone else before and no body can tell what really happened to tycoon Drake this time round.
The young don paid close to a whooping $4 million in cash to Drake for that piece of land and the transaction took place in Drake’s office located at Tesco Plaza in Kikubo from where Haruna left with his tittle and transfer forms.
We congratulate the the young tycoon upon breaking this record and equally urge fellow youth to emulate him towards the development of our country.
