Prisca Sezi Mbaguta, the former Minister of Public Service and a long-serving Woman Member of Parliament representing Rukungiri died this morning.
Reliable reports from the family of the late Mbaguta said she died in her sleep at her home in Kampala.
She served Uganda as Minister of Public Service from 2006 to 2011.
