H.E. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni arrived at the esteemed Pulkovo International Airport in Saint Petersburg, Russia, with an entourage of Ugandan dignitaries, including Gen. Jeje Odongo, the Minister of Foreign Affairs. A warm welcome awaited him, as Mr. Bogdan Mikhail, the Russian Federation Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, greeted the Ugandan delegation.
Over the course of two days, from July 27th to 28th, 2023, the Second Russia-Africa Summit will provide an invaluable opportunity for leaders from both regions to engage in productive discussions aimed at fostering robust cooperation and mutual understanding.
