Former Secretary of State and Treasury (PSST) Keith Muhakanizi has died.
Muhakanizi, who was the permanent secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office (OPM) at the time of his death, died in a hospital in Milan, Italy on Sunday while undergoing treatment, according to his family sources.
Office of the President to issue formal statement of his death as the cause of death has not been known yet
